Inmate Isgro M27022, was sent to the newly reopened Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary on Alcatraz Island (CA) in 2035, after he was sentenced to life without parole for smuggling 25 trans fatty acid laden McDonald’s Cheeseburgers and 50 bags of french fries into New York City. He was caught when he tried to sell a cold, stale cheeseburger to an undercover food cop at the corner of 35th and 5th Ave. The cop approached him when the officer noticed a crowd of children gathering around Fang, and he offered Fang $1,000 for one cheeseburger and bag of fries. This food was deemed harmful to everyone in 2007 and entirely banned from the state in 2008.

The penalty for a single violation was 20 years to life. This was Fang’s first offense. Fang was killed in a food fight on August 11th, 2042, when inmates rioted because the cook replaced their cream of wheat with oatmeal.
